The steam is gentle but very effective, and just the right amount comes out. I have had other steam mops that keak and soak the floor with huge bursts of steam, but that doesn't happen with this one, and my floors were dry in a couple of minutes.The whole thing was easy to put together just clicking the handle in place, and the pads are a generous size. Unfortunately you two come with the mop, so another purchase of more pads will probably be needed. The water tank holds a good amount, so doesnt need filling frequently, and there's easily enough to do my whole house.”
