The ANDELI Welding Mask is the most expensive helmet in this guide at £129.99, and it finishes tenth. It is a true-colour auto darkening mask: 6 arc sensors, a DIN 4/5-8/9-13 variable shade range, a 180° panoramic view with side windows, 4 external LEDs quoted at up to 400 lumens, and a built-in 2100 mAh battery charged over USB-C. It is rated 4.2 out of 5 from 39 ratings.

The specification is not why it sits last. The listing is. ANDELI's own feature copy says the helmet weighs 0.6 kg (1.32 lbs); the spec table on the same page says 1.7 kg — nearly three times as much, from one advert. The comfort bullet depends on the lower figure, and one of the buyer reviews below leans on the higher one. It is also the smallest evidence base here: 39 ratings, where the £27.99 helmet at the other end of this guide carries 3,639. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing for this helmet, not from any testing we have done.

What buyers actually say

Quoted from customer reviews on Amazon

Verified purchase

“Very good helmet very useful with the lights on the sides. Just a little bit heavy after wearing it for 5 or more hours”

Sam

“This is a really good auto darkening helmet, it's really lightweight which is great for wearing for length of time and the straps cover your head and adjust evenly so the pressure feels comfortable. I charged it up with the USBC and it just all works. There are controls on the side where you can adjust the delay of the sensitivity and the darkness, it took a couple of goes to build my confidence up with it looking away from the torch, but it works every time and I don't think about that now. The viewing area is good more than large enough to see what you're doing. It worked lowering the shading for my smaller torch to give me more visibility. The design is cool and a massive step up from those old black or green fold down visors. The price is high, but it's a top quality helmet the fact it's so light to wear make such a difference and as long as it keeps working as it does, I'll have no qualms recommending this. Top helmet.”
