Wouldn't say you'd get 12 cups of coffee from this unless you're using small cups. The heating function works well unless you prefer very hot coffee, you might need to heat some more before drinking. You change out the water filter every two months but you can get a bulk supply of these for cheap. Works well and does what it says on the tin.”
