Verified purchase“Okay so here are my initial thoughts after using it for a week.1. Super easy to set up. Took no longer than 5 mins from unboxing to fully set up.2. Portion sizes are spot on and I like that you can adjust the amount.3. The app is really intuitive and I love the features such as the before and after snap shot of the dish to see how much your cat has eaten.4. Camera quality and sound quality is amazing!5. The pet detection tool is great and it’s nice to see what my cat is up to. (I can also keep an eye on her water intake using this)6. The feeding plan makes it super simple to just top up with kibble and forget about it.7. The auto vlogs are cute.Only downside I can see at the moment is that the food does pile up a little. If the bowl placement was designed with a bit more of a slant this might help. However I should add that this hasn’t caused any issues with dispensing food. Also this only happens if your pet hasn’t eaten all the food.Overall this is amazing. I’m using it as I need to go away for a week. So will update further once I’m back.”
Verified purchase“Excellent feeder and the app is extremely helpful. So far I’ve had no issues with connectivity or feeding schedule problems and I’ve been using it for just under three months now. The camera provides a good picture and, depending on your subscription, you can download the videos and daily vlogs.The app allows you to set up routines and plan the timing and size of meals depending on the day. This can also be adjusted remotely (doesn’t require you to be connected to the same WiFi to change settings) if you’re away. You can also use the camera to speak to your pet to entice them to come towards the food. I’ve turned on AI control which stops it dispensing more if the bowl is full and it has worked really well.It requires a certain manoeuvre with your thumb to open the lid so I think it would be quite hard for cats to open it themselves.Overall I would definitely recommend!”
