Bodify Arm & Leg Trainer Pro, EMS
Price and rating as shown on Amazon when we collected them. Both change.
The Bodify 2-in-1 EMS Arm & Leg Trainer Pro is the fourth entry in this guide: a grey arm-and-leg muscle stimulator at £68.90, rated 4.2 out of 5 from 536 ratings and sitting at 81st in Amazon's Fitness Electric Stimulators category. It is a 310 g device described as a 2-in-1 trainer for arm and leg muscles, for use at home or on the go, from a brand that describes itself as a family business in Düsseldorf founded in 2017.
The interesting thing about this page is the number that is missing rather than the numbers that are printed. The £26.90 and £27.95 listings at the cheap end of this guide both quote mode and intensity counts, and contradict themselves doing it. The Bodify page quotes none at all — the only field touching the question is the specification table entry "Tension Supported: Multiple levels". What it puts in bold instead are two percentages with no anchor: coverage of "30% more areas of your muscle" than the Arm & Leg Trainer, with no coverage figure given for either device, and "up to 30% longer on a single charge", with no runtime in hours anywhere on the page. 536 ratings and 310 g are numbers a buyer can check; 30% more than what is not. Everything below is taken from the Amazon listing itself — we have not tested this device.

What buyers actually say
Quoted from customer reviews on Amazon
Verified purchase“REVIEW 04/09/2025: I have just upgraded to their new version of this device which is a device with pads that DO NOT need replacing. The new pads make the device much more comfortable to wear, doesn't hurt, sting or burn. Arms genuinely feel like they have had a work out, they get that ache. Lower settings are a good call too, as there is a massage mode which can help relax the muscle if your not after something heavy one day.The new device has better straps too, more robust. This is a small change but one I think makes a difference with east of use, the connection and base where the unit actually sits on the strap, for those of you who have not got one, I am talking about the little circular thing in the middle with the blue light on (look at the picture) this is what controls the device, it has a much better biting point when attaching it now so it has a better and strong connection, the old model could be a little fiddly.I have tried many of these devices over the years, including the expensive slender tone. This is the one that gives best bang for it buck.Oh, and great customer service too, huge thank you to Hanna.Arms genuinely feel like they have had a workout and some definition has changed: mission accomplished.”
Verified purchase“I got this as i've already tried a different machine. This EMS machine is superior. When I first tried it out on my arm I only tried a low pulse and felt ok. then I went up 2 levels and could really feel the electrical shocks. After 3 goes on my arm I can say I do feel a difference in the muscle. A great machine”

Questions people ask
How many intensity levels does the Bodify Arm & Leg Trainer Pro have?
The listing never gives a number. The only field that addresses it is the specification table entry "Tension Supported: Multiple levels", so there is no count to compare with the cheaper listings in this guide.
The 30% figure — more than what, exactly?
The bullet says the Bodify Arm & Leg Trainer Pro covers 30% more areas of your muscle than the Arm & Leg Trainer, but no coverage figure is given for either device, so the 30% has no stated baseline on the page.
How long does one charge last?
The listing says the trainer lasts up to 30% longer on a single charge thanks to improved battery technology, but gives no runtime in hours or minutes.
Where is the Bodify Arm & Leg Trainer Pro made, and who makes it?
The specification table lists Country of Origin as Germany and the manufacturer as Bodify. The bullets describe Bodify as a family business from Düsseldorf founded in 2017.
What does the £68.90 buy?
One unit: the specification table lists Number of Items as 1, Unit Count as 1.0 count and Number of Packs as 1. The listing does not break the box contents down any further than that.
Does it make TENS or pain-relief claims as well as muscle training?
No. The name and bullets describe muscle activation only — "Targeted Activation of the Arm & Leg Muscles" and training "similar to manual training". No TENS programme or pain-relief claim appears on the page.
