“I was able to use this straight away, as it came fully charged. The battery lasted 18 days before it ran out and there is an indicator on the LED screen to let you know how much power is left.I didn't read the manual and hit the ground running. It is easy to use, but you may wish to read the manual to keep up to speed on the settings and effects.It is quick to charge (1 hour approx. to fully charge) and although it does not come with a charger, it does come with a port so can be charged using a USB/Android charger.I used this for a month whilst fasting intermittently and did notice the difference. However, that is thanks to the muscle memory. I was noticeably toned, firm and shapely by the end of 5 weeks and I'm hoping I will achieve my target look within a few months and I'm currently on program 8. I like to chop and change so my muscles don't adapt to the intensity. Keeping each program fresh. The programs are intense, so do build yourself up, it can be painful but tolerable. No pain, no gain.Now, don't expect miracles or to achieve six or eight packs as per the ad. This is a great supplement for people who have already built that physique and the models featured have already developed that muscle and tone to create a chiseled stomach. If you are only just starting out on your fitness journey, you will need to complement the belt with other exercise and a good diet. Best worn before meals, however I have worn it an hour after. In terms of size and fit, it is adjustable and comes with velcro placed on either side of the belt. Please read the spec and measure your waist and hips. This is not suitable for the clinically obese.The stand out feature with this belt is that you don't need gel or gel pads either from the offset or later; dry pads are built in and comes with an empty spray bottle, fill with tap water and spray the pads and your body. A little goes a long way, so really good value for money and minus the faff and added cost of replenishing. Simples!There is a slight stickiness when you remove the belt, but this is to be expected given the moisture from the water.I will update a few months down the line.”
