Verified purchase“Finally got the bag set up and really impressed with it. Good size and weight means you can go at it with force without the fear of it toppling over (although if you are planning to really hit it make sure it's completely filled with sand as I tried just half filling to start with and you can still knock it about but it sways on cross or changeover punching).Only thing I'll say is it didn't come with the inner pole it was supposed to in order to connect the base and bag as the instructions indicate which was annoying but it still works without that inner pole.Recommend for anyone looking for a solid workout bag.”

After 2 years of ownership I lost a part and the customer service responded promptly and sent out a whole new base assembely free of charge so i can continue using it. I offered to pay.
