The Lifeline Jungle Gym XT Body Weight Suspension Trainer System is the fourth entry in this guide. It sells for £93.59 and holds 4.5 out of 5 from 1,172 ratings. It is a split-anchor suspension trainer: the manufacturer describes a split design that adjusts from a V position through neutral to a wide-angle suspension, supplied with straps, handles and an instructional DVD.

The finding is in the counting fields. The specification table lists Number of Items: 1, Number of Packs: 1 and Unit Count: 1.0 count, with Included Components given as "Suspension Training Kit". The product bullets on the same page count differently: two industrial suspension straps of 8 feet each, and two easy-wipe handles. That is four named components against a spec table that says one item. A second number sits oddly too — Item Weight is listed as 454 g, beside a Material field of "Steel and Nylon" and two 8-foot straps. Everything on this page is taken from the Amazon listing for this product; none of it comes from testing by us.

What buyers actually say

Quoted from customer reviews on Amazon

“The media could not be loaded. I am a personal trainer and have been using this product now for 8 years for both myself and clients. I have moved it between 4 different houses. It shows NO signs of wear. In one house I had to buy the extension straps because our ceiling was so hight. Right now those extensions aren't needed but they worked great. I love how this is split whereas the TRX is attached by one anchor point this is attached by 2 separate ones. When I am forced to use a TRX in a gym I always note how inferior a product it is. This does what it's supposed to. It's an amazing tool for building functional strength in the body and training the core. My clients love it. I don't know about consistency of manufacturing based on other comments but mine is amazing and I would NEVER buy a TRX in preference. They may have the market because they have great marketing but it doesn't mean the product is any better.”
