In practice the hardware is metal where it matters: zinc alloy carabiners, a metal quick-adjust buckle and a foam-padded door anchor that also works on a post or a tree. The webbing is polyester, cross-stitched at every stress point, and the whole set — two main straps with handles, one extension strap, the anchor and a mesh bag — packs down to 1.2 kg. As a suspension training kit with door anchor it needs no drilling and no ceiling joist, and it is light enough to fly with.
