Rank #9 in Best Suspension Trainer 2026: 10 Ranked, Spec Tables Fact-Checked
RISINGFIT Suspension Training System with Door Anchor
Price and rating as shown on Amazon when we collected them. Both change.
The RISINGFIT Suspension Training System is the number 9 entry in this guide. It is a bodyweight kit: two adjustable nylon straps with rubber grips, a door anchor, an extension strap and carabiners, in black and yellow. The listing shows £40.31 and a 4.0 out of 5 rating from 10 ratings, and the ad says setup takes seconds with no drilling and no tools, and that the whole thing packs down for travel.
The same page describes the contents of the box in two ways that do not agree. Under 'Included Components' the specification table says 'Handle' — one item — while the product bullets name two suspension straps, a door anchor, an extension strap and heavy-duty carabiners. The same table puts the item weight at 1.63 kg and files the kit under 'Sport Type: Body Building' and 'Recommended Uses For Product: Workout', neither of which says much about a strap-based trainer. Everything on this page is taken from the Amazon listing as it appeared to us; we have not handled or tested the kit.

What buyers actually say
Quoted from customer reviews on Amazon
“This suspension training system works really well once you get it set up. The straps feel sturdy, the rubber grips are comfortable, and the door anchor holds securely without shifting. Even though it didn't come with a manual, the setup is still pretty intuitive if you've ever used similar equipment before. Once everything is anchored, it gives you access to a full body workout without needing a ton of space or heavy machines.I really like how adjustable the straps are—it makes switching between exercises quick and smooth, whether you're doing rows, core work, or lower-body movements. The whole system feels stable and durable enough for regular training, and it's a great addition to a home gym. With or without instructions, it gets the job done and lets you hit a wide range of muscles efficiently.”
“I have other suspension training systems and I ordered this one because it is unique. Instead of a pair of straps to anchor to a pullup bar or squat rack this incorporates a pulley which makes it so much more versatile. The pulley wheel works well but I would recommend a larger one for improved movement since it will glide even better. You can order one on Amazon. Assembly was easy just attach one anchor to a pullup bar or squat rack and then connect the rest thru the pulley. Because it utilizes a pulley you get true independent movement (when the left side goes up the right side goes down). This is great for HIIT (High Intensity Interval Training). I feel this is best for upper body movements but you can do some lower body ones as well. For legs I like to lay on a mat and push outward (kind of like a stepper but you are laying down instead of standing). Also for legs if you lean your hands against a weight bench or anything else sturdy at about that height and push upward one leg at a time it is similar to doing mountain climbers but with gravity creating some slight additional resistance.”
