Compact size for easy storage, wide enough to hug comfortably for squats or sit ups.I've been using the bag every day for about two hours over the last week. It's had a good throwing around by all the straps and handles. Strap handles are padded, the bag is PVC (I think) coated, easy to grip with sweaty hands. Versatile enough for most of the exercises I do daily. Looks wise, the printed pattern is a bit dated. Doesn't affect the use, not a big deal.I was worried the stitching would rip the bag but so far, the webbing and the bag has stretched at stress points with no tears. I doubt it would survive throwing it on the ground or from height for long. It's not a pro quality bag.Apart from that, there's not a lot else to say.
