The Einhell TE-AC 270/50 Silent Plus is the fourth pick in this guide. It is a 1,500 W, 8 bar compressor with a 50-litre tank, a noise figure of 54 dB (LpA), and 42.8 kg of machine sitting on wheels with a transport bar. It carries 159 ratings averaging 4.2 out of 5 and is priced at £359.95.

This guide is built around airflow, because that is the figure buyers actually judge a compressor on and the one listings inflate hardest. The Einhell's listing takes a different route: it never gives an airflow figure at all. There is no L/min, no CFM and no "at 6 bar" number in the title, in the five bullets, or in the spec table. What you get instead is 50 litres of tank, 8 bar of pressure and 1,500 W of motor — three numbers that describe the machine without saying how much air it moves. Where the listing is at least consistent is the tank: "Capacity: 50 litres" and "Tank Volume: 50 Litres" agree with the bullet's "50 L tank". Two smaller oddities sit in the spec table: "Recommended Uses For Product: Air Brushing" and "Hose Length: 5 Metres", even though the bullets never mention a hose and "Included Components" says only "air compressor".

Questions people ask

Does the Einhell TE-AC 270/50 Silent Plus state its airflow?

No. The listing gives a 1,500 W motor, a maximum pressure of 8 bar and a 50-litre tank, but no L/min or CFM figure appears in the title, the bullets or the spec table.

How loud is the Einhell TE-AC 270/50 Silent Plus?

The bullet quotes a low noise level of 54 dB (LpA) and the spec table lists "Sound Level: 54 Decibels". LpA is a sound-pressure reading, which is not the same measurement as the plain dB figures some other compressor listings quote.

How big is the tank?

50 litres, stated twice in the spec table — once as "Capacity" and once as "Tank Volume" — and matched by the bullet's "50 L tank". This is one listing where the tank figure does not contradict itself.

What is the maximum pressure?

8 bar, given in both the title and the bullet: "The pressure reducer helps regulating the maximum pressure of 8 bar."

Is the motor oil-free?

Yes. The bullet states the compressor is powered by an oil-free motor for low maintenance requirements, and that Einhell provides a 10-year rust-through warranty for the tank.

What does the listing say the compressor is for?

The spec table lists "Recommended Uses For Product: Air Brushing", which sits awkwardly with a 42.8 kg machine on wheels and a transport bar. The same table lists a hose length of 5 metres, although the bullets never mention a hose and "Included Components" says only "air compressor".
