Rank #6 in Best Cement Mixer 2026: 8 Ranked, Drum Size vs Real Mix Capacity
Charles Bentley 63L Portable Cement Mixer, 220W
Price and rating as shown on Amazon when we collected them. Both change.
The Charles Bentley Heavy Duty Portable Cement Mixer is a 63-litre drum machine in yellow, priced at £145.99 and sixth in this guide. It runs a 220W motor at 28 RPM, rotates the drum a full 360° on the stand for tipping, and rolls on two wheels. The listing quotes 25 kg and dimensions of 93.5 x 55 x 111 cm, a belt-driven system (5PJ483), double insulation and IP44, with a UK 3-pin plug. It has been on Amazon since 28 April 2016 and holds 4.2 out of 5 from 209 ratings.
The number worth checking here is the second one. The drum is 63L, but the listing's own mix capacity is 45L — 71% of the drum, the lowest fill ratio quoted anywhere in this guide. The same brand's 125L model claims 113L of mix from its drum, which is 90%. A 63L title and a 45L batch are both true at once, and it is the title that gets read. Not everything in this listing is finished either: the first bullet stops mid-word at "renovation proje", the last bullet's ADDITIONAL INFO line cuts off at "leathe", and the specification table carries a "Guaranteed software updates until" field reading "unknown" on a cement mixer. Everything on this page is taken from the Amazon listing and not from any testing of our own.

What buyers actually say
Quoted from customer reviews on Amazon
Verified purchase“Bought to mix sand cement mortar for a 35m2 patio rather than hire one. Small with around one batch per 900 x 600mm slab but did the job very well. Very happy with purchase. May keep or sell on. Had to raise it off the ground to get a wheelbarrow underneath when discharging mortar. More expensive models have a stand but really not a problem. Motor detachable to can store in shed but leave mixer outside.”
Verified purchase“Great little mixer for the price.Only downside is that the yellow paint peels off inside the mixing drum after a few uses.Would highly recommend though”
