Verified purchase“I was a bit sceptical about buying a sofa online and from Amazon of all places. This has exceeded my expectations. Delivery was prompt and faultless, and assembly was offered, but I'm quite handy, so I declined it as it takes around 10 minutes for one person - beware there is a lot of packaging so a trip to the tip will be needed. As for the Sofas themselves, I suffer from a bad back, so the firmness and sitting height are perfect for me. If you want soft, squishy and low, then this is not a sofa for you. The recliners all work perfectly, and it doesn't take long to find a perfect position. The USB's all work, although lacking a USB C option. Also someone mentioned the LED strip lights are really bright and distracting - I covered with a discrete bit of tape, and now they are just in the background. The sofa's do have a bit of car seat look about them, also it is tech leather - neither bothers me as I don't want to pay 2k for an alternative. There was a nice thank you letter sent by the seller a few days later- nice touch.”
Verified purchase“Really pleased with this sofa, assembly was really easy its comfortable and reclines nicely and the price is a knockout super value for money it looks much more expensive than it was and perfectly compliments my room, love the led lights and the USB charging points are really handy, haven't used the wireless charging pad as my phone doesn't support it but it does work if I had to mention any niggle it would be the drop down bit in the middle is not well supported but I can live with that and is insignificant considering the cost I just lay a cushion under it problem solved. If you're considering this sofa and like the look of it then I would have no problem at all recommending it.”
