“I bought this duo for the impact driver, it wasn't much more expensive than buying the impact driver alone. I chose it because it is brushless and has 3 speed/torque settings. The manual lists the speeds, but not the torques (see photos). It certainly has plenty of torque. On its low setting, tightens M10 bolts to the point where they are difficult to undo with a spanner. On its high setting, the thread of the bolt has been stressed to the point where the nut no longer runs freely, so is close to stripping the thread. So use the right setting. Luckily, the setting is clearly indicated by LEDs and is remembered until you change it. (It does not default to high after each use as one reviewer said.) In reverse, it doesn't have the 3 speed/torque settings, but it does have two modes, one variable speed (LED off), the other applies full speed for less than a second (LED on). I think the aim is to loosen a nut/bolt, but not undo it completely. When you switch between forward and reverse, it remembers the speed and mode setting that were used before, a very useful feature.The 1/4" hex toolholder works well. The weight (1.6kg with battery) is ok and well balanced. Comfortable to hold in the hand. The work light is bright enough to be useful. Seems well made. Batteries charge within the hour expected. I've not used it long enough to comment on durability or battery life.I've only used the drill brielfy. Seems very powerful for its compact size (that's compared to Parkside 20V drills I've used).The 47 accessories are a few drills, screwdriver bits (not impact bits) and (mostly) screws. The case they came it will be handy for storing impact screwdriver bits!Overall impressed by the quality for the price.”

“I was on the fence about buying these, read loads of reviews and watch vid's online about them. But the bullet and so please I did. Really good quality tools. Battery life is good, I just laid around 40m2 of flooring and drilled/screwed around 400 screws on one charge. Tool feels a nice weight, I like something that feels solid. This is such a good set with having the drill and impact, makes most jobs easy.I have since bought a multi tool, sander, light, grinder and saw.one thing that lets the range down is the case inserts, plastic that I'm sure will crack over time and annoy me. The circular saw also doesn't some with a case, little annoying.”
