The My Babiie MBX6 Autofold is a birth-to-22kg pushchair at £109, sixth in this guide. Its spec sheet is the rare one that survives a second look: item weight 6.6 kg and frame weight 5.3 kg, with the 1.3 kg between them accounted for by the seat, fabric and wheels rather than a marketing number that falls apart on inspection. The name calls it lightweight and the bullet points repeat the word, but the sales copy never prints a weight at all — the only figure for the whole stroller is the 6.6 kg in the specifications.

The fold is the other claim with a number behind it: 55cm L x 45cm W x 24 H folded against 82L x 45W x 112H centimetres open. Nothing in the listing contradicts that, and no larger figure is given for the folded state. One number does sit awkwardly: the rating breakdown reads 6, 28 and 66, which totals 100 against the 21 ratings the listing reports, so it reads as percentages rather than counts. Price, rating, measurements and the reviews quoted here all come from the Amazon listing, not from a stroller we have tested.

What buyers actually say

Quoted from customer reviews on Amazon

“I gifted this pushchair to my niece for her little girl so she could transition from pram to pushchair. It feels really sturdy and very well made! It's light weight and easy enough to lift in and out of the car. The auto fold is probably the best feature, something we've never seen before, it makes folding it so quick and simple. We love the look of it and my niece is in love with the leopard print. The seat pad seems comfortable and the fabric is soft.It was easy to assemble and didn't take very long. Initially I thought it seemed a bit pricey at £128.99, but after comparing it with similar pushchairs, it's actually quite reasonable, especially when you consider it's features, quality and the fact there's a rain cover included.Overall, it's a good looking pushchair, which is easy to use and reasonably priced. My niece and her daughter would definitely recommend it.”

L. Bellew

“This pram is really easy and convenient. It is great for saving space when storing it away, it folds up really small and stands up in our kitchen cupboard without issue. For a buggy, this one is much sturdier and much more durable than most. It doesn't wobble around or feel flimsy at all and I feel really confident pushing my baby and my 2 year old around in it, on path, cobbles and even grass. I always reach for this when I am going out for a day trip as it takes up very little room in my car boot and the handle bar makes it really easy to just carry around when we get to stairs or crossing over the stepping stones at the local river. I really like the forest green colour, a lovely neutral colour that everybody likes when they take the kids out on a walk. It is really easy to use, the button on the handle bar does everything, hold it to fold it up or to pop it back out. The hood is really convenient, it comes down quite a lot for shade and on very sunny days you can unzip it to pull it down even more, so you don't Everything have to worry about the sun at all. Everything runs really smoothly and feels great quality. Really good value buggy.”
