The VELPAX VE-250Pro is a 200A MIG welder that ranked fifth in our guide to the best MIG welders. It is a multi-process machine with a digital LED display, priced at £169.99, and holds a 4.5-star rating from 46 Amazon customer reviews.
The listing's own numbers don't all add up. The title says '3 in 1', but the bullet points describe five welding processes: gas MIG, gasless flux core MIG, stick/MMA, spot, and lift TIG. And while the size and style fields say 200A, the model number is VE-250Pro — a hint at 250A that the listing never explains. This is exactly the kind of mismatch our ranking focuses on. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing, not from our own testing.
