The Vesgantti hybrid single takes the top spot in this guide at £84.99, rated 4.6 out of 5 across 4,662 ratings. It is one of only three mattresses in the round-up that publish a coil count at all, and its figure — 300 pocketed coils — is the highest of those three.
It is also the clearest example of this guide's warning about spec tables. The advert calls it a 25cm mattress, and Item Dimensions agrees at 190 x 90 x 25 centimetres. But the Size row reads 3FT Single (90x190x26cm), Item Thickness reads 26 centimetres and the dimensions row that carries a thickness reads 26Th. At 20.6 kg it also sits at the heavy end for a 25cm hybrid here, against the 6.8kg and 9.5kg listings at the same thickness.
