Does the job for a quick clean, solid enoughand easy to manoeuvre and very effective for such a relatively inexpensive steam mop. Easy to put together tho the instructions are a bit limited but only 3 moving parts so it's a simple case of slotting the handle together & into the base. A full tank takes 1.5 of the jug, don't overfill but max level clearly marked. Takes seconds to heat up, tank lasts about 15 minutes max - need to refill for bigger areas & lead not super long so extension cable sensible. For the price...really good & would recommend.”
