Best Slush Machine 2026: 10 Ranked, and Why 2.5L Pours 1.9L

This slush machine takes the top spot on price and evidence: £299.00, a 4.5 average from 450 ratings, and 82% of those ratings at five stars. The Stone Gold version of the same appliance — same 1.9L fill, same 11kg — costs £309.99. That £10.99 gap buys a different colour and nothing else.

The engineering is a WhisperChill compressor rather than a freezer bowl, so nothing needs pre-freezing. Ninja quotes liquid to slush in as little as 30 minutes, held frozen for up to 12 hours, with five presets: slush, frozen cocktail, frappé, milkshake and frozen juice. The vessel holds 2.5L but the max liquid fill is 1.9L, which is the 76% gap running through this whole list.

However, if you want more than 1.9 litres of finished slush in one go, this is not the machine — the XL publishes 2,840ml at max fill. Worth noting too that the two-year guarantee only applies after you register the product with Ninja, and 9% of those 450 ratings are one or two stars.

Ranked second only because it is new: 33 ratings at 4.6, against 450 for the model above. On capacity it wins outright — it is the only frozen drink maker in this list that publishes a max fill above 2 litres, and 2,840ml is 77% of its 3.7L headline. The working parts are a grinding compartment with a fine or coarse dial, a built-in stirrer that keeps the ice moving so it does not clump, and a 1L BPA-free measuring jug that the shaved ice drops into. At 2.36kg and 23 x 19 x 32cm it stores in a cupboard.
