My right quad is in atrophy due to a back spasm a year ago, I've started using this and I've noticed a difference, it takes some getting used to on the higher frequencies but I can see the muscle working. Also where my muscle was weaker, it caused knee pain and some fluid on the knee, the painful knee is improving.
