Yes4All T-Bar Row Plate Post Insert Landmine Attachment

The Yes4All T-Bar Row Plate Post Insert tops this guide, and it is the clearest example of the pattern running through the category: its stated maximum is 400 kg, and that figure sits behind 2,010 ratings at 4.5 out of 5. It is a 454 g steel insert that drops through the hole of a 5 cm Olympic plate on the floor, takes a barbell through a full 360-degree swivel, and costs £17.13. Compare that with the rubber bases in this guide, where the same kind of claim is made for a 50 kg maximum, or 0.5 kg.

Its own listing does not agree with itself on size, and that is worth knowing before you buy. The description bullet quotes a 20.3 cm pivot sleeve with a 10.1 cm base post. The specification field for sleeve length reads 13.25 inches, or roughly 33.7 cm. The item dimensions field gives the whole product as 7.4 cm long. Those three numbers cannot all describe the same object. The bar fit is described two ways as well: the product name says it fits 5 cm Olympic bars, while the bullet says 2.5 cm and 5 cm barbells. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing, not from any testing of our own.
