The box is sturdy, VERY big and pretty heavy. All plus points in my book. I've used it a couple of times now and have no qualms about stepping onto it with some pretty hefty weights. Haven't jumped onto it yet. It's very high and I'd hit my head on the ceiling. I'll have to wait for some better weather so that I can get outside for that.
