Verified purchase“High quality and sturdy plyo box!The box is made of thick plywood and has internal braces that fit together very securely to support the finished box.The provided screws were of high quality and they included a few more screws than actually needed. A nice touch just in case you needed extra fasteners.The box once assembled is most sturdy when turned to the side of the least height (16"). Plyo jumps are easy and it feels secure. It is not very secure at its tallest side. I found it unstable to do anything else than step ups. Understandable though given you have 3 elevations you can choose from.I think it would benefit from grip tape to reduce the potential for slipping during exercise.”

Was originally worried about it be slippery as I workout outside and the ground is normally damp. But as long as it isn't completely rain a bit of water doesn't make it slippery.”
