The GanFindX Steel Plyometric Jump Box takes eighth place in this guide at £60.74, rated 4.5 out of 5 from 50 ratings. The listing describes a reinforced steel frame with precision welding, a wide trapezoid base, a textured non-slip top surface and four rubber base pads, and the bullets put its load capacity at 500 lbs.

The number that will not sit still is the height. The title advertises "12/18 Inch", while the specification table underneath gives Size as 12" and Item Dimensions D x W x H as 30.5 x 30.5 x 30.5 centimetres — twelve inches on every side. Nothing in that table describes an eighteen-inch box, and the same table carries no Maximum Height field at all, so a stack height cannot be checked here the way it can on other listings in this guide. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing as it stands; we have not handled, jumped on or measured this box ourselves.

What buyers actually say

Quoted from customer reviews on Amazon

“I have the 12" and the 18" boxes. These require a bit of assembly but I made my son do it and he knocked it right out.The 12 is probably best for most people as the 18 is a bit more challenging to use. So I'd think of 12 as "beginner to intermediate" and 18 as "advanced/expert". You definitely have more versatility with the 12.The materials on this were solid and these did not slip on my hard floors. The rubber mat on top had a bit of cushioning so it's not the usual gritty surface that you find. I did notice some bubbles on the rubber which I couldn't quite push out so that's just slightly annoying to look at. I'm sure a razor would fix that.In terms of value these are just ok. They're somewhat more compact than some of the bigger bulkier platforms but still fall somewhere in the middle as many other plyo boxes can be flipped for different heights or stacked and take up less space as a result. I'm also using the 18 as a toddler stool so it doubles as a stool if you're needing to reach something high.”

“OK, have been waiting until I'd used this a while before reviewing. Great step box! Full disclosure, I'm not using it for jumps (yet). For my steps (with kettle bells) I didn't think it would have as much stability as it does, based on it being kind of light weight. But I'm 220 and haven't had any problems with regular use over the last month or so. I also struggle with balance, so sturdiness and stability are really important to me. It was easy to put together. The size is perfect for home use in your basement / garage gym. I think this'll be holding up for the long run, I'm not worried about its durability. Also, it's not crazy expensive and I think you're getting good quality for the cost.”

Questions people ask

What size is the GanFindX Steel Plyometric Jump Box?

The title reads "12/18 Inch", but the Size field in the specification table reads 12" and Item Dimensions D x W x H reads 30.5 x 30.5 x 30.5 centimetres, which is 12 x 12 x 12 inches. Nothing in that table describes an 18-inch box.

How much weight does the GanFindX box support?

The first bullet point states it "Supports up to 500 lbs". That figure appears in the bullet points only; the specification table does not repeat it.

How heavy is the GanFindX Steel Plyometric Jump Box?

The specification table gives an Item Weight of 4.26 kg. No other weight figure is listed.

What is the GanFindX box made from?

Material and Frame Material both read "Alloy Steel", and the bullets describe a heavy-duty reinforced steel frame with precision welding and a wide trapezoid base.

How is the GanFindX box rated by buyers?

4.5 out of 5 from 50 ratings. The breakdown bars read 76 for five stars and 12 for two stars; with the four- and three-star bars they total 100, so they are percentages rather than counts.

Does the GanFindX box stack?

The final bullet states a "Stackable design allows convenient storage and transport", but the specification table carries no Maximum Height figure, so no stacked height is given.
