Rank #10 in Best Water Flosser 2026: 10 Ranked, and Why the Cheapest Wins
usmile C30 Cordless Water Flosser, 300ml, 5 Modes
Price and rating as shown on Amazon when we collected them. Both change.
The usmile C30 is a cordless water flosser with a 300 ml reservoir, five pressure levels and a claimed 60-day battery, and it takes tenth place in this guide. At £75.98 it is the most expensive model on the list, and it also carries the highest rating: 4.6 out of 5. That rating comes from 402 ratings, against 47,762 for the £19.97 model further up. The listing's own star breakdown adds to 100 across its five bars rather than to the 402 ratings quoted beside the average, so read those bars as percentages, not counts.
The tank is where the numbers get interesting. usmile lists 300 ml and says it delivers "over 60 seconds" of continuous, uninterrupted flow. A cheaper flosser in this guide lists a larger 450 ml reservoir but only "up to 45 seconds" of flossing time — the biggest capacity on the page is not the one that runs longest. There is a second mismatch inside the same listing: the handle is sold as USB-C rechargeable, while the battery field reads "1 12V battery required. (included)". Everything on this page is taken from the Amazon listing, not from any test of our own.

An average hides its own shape. This is the spread behind the 4.6 stars.

What buyers actually say
Quoted from customer reviews on Amazon
Verified purchase“Great product, i've had other brands of water flossers. Cheaper, more expensive but this one seems to be really good so far.The battery life isn't as long as i expected, but it's USB-C so it's easy to charge compared to others i've had, which have their own cable, so if you lose it you can't charge it.The 5 pressure settings are great, i find number 3 works quite well for me.Overall it's been a good couple of weeks with this water flosser.”
“I've been using this water flosser and it's been nice to have something cordless that's simple to use. The 300ml tank means I can get through a full clean without stopping to refill it.The five pressure settings are a good idea, especially if you want something gentler for sensitive gums. I also like that it comes with three S-shaped nozzles, so it feels well thought out for getting round back teeth and harder-to-reach areas. It's ready to use straight out of the box too, which saved me having to spend ages setting it up.The USB-C charging is convenient, and the fact it's waterproof means it can be used without worrying too much about splashes. It's also a compact little unit, so it stores neatly and would be easy enough to take away with you.I think it's good value for money if you want a water flosser that is easy to use and doesn't take up much room in the bathroom.”
