That is the best water flosser combination of score and volume on the page, even though the COSLUS has 18,723 more ratings. Crucially, the listing states its tank size: 300ml, detachable. That figure decides whether you refill mid-clean, and it is the one number the most expensive model here leaves out.

In practice you get three pressure modes — Normal, Soft and Pulse — and six tips, including an orthodontic tip, a periodontal tip and a tongue scraper. The body is IPX7 for shower use, charging takes four hours from any 5V1A adapter, power bank or laptop, and no adapter is included. At 508g it is the second-heaviest unit on this page, behind the 640g Philips.

The catch: Hangsun publishes no pressure figure. MOCEL states 50-150 PSI and AUIEI states 30-110 PSI; this listing states neither PSI nor a pulse rate anywhere.
