Verified purchase“My use case is rather niche - I've replaced a dying hard drive in my iriver H120 (rockbox). If you are looking for a card that will work with your HDD based player, like iriver H100, H10 fat, H300 or classic iPod this is it. Good capacity, even though 256GB card equals to 231GB in the system - known marketing trick sadly, you never get advertised capacity as manufacturers round to 1000, not 1024 bytes. Speed is limited by ATA interface, so not that important - write caps out at 10MB/s when using USB cable to transfer files. Full fat SD format removes another adapter in the chain which is also a good thing. My more expensive Kioxia and SanDisk 512GB microSD cards were constantly corrupting so this one being much cheaper is great. Surely maybe not as much space, but my player used to have 20GB only.I've used HXSP-09CF69 CF to 1.8"IDE (soldered Master jumper) and red SDXC to CF adapter for the ones interested.”
