Price and rating as shown on Amazon when we collected them. Both change.
The ARCTIC Liquid Freezer III Pro 360 is the runner-up in this guide: a 360 mm liquid cooler with a 38 mm radiator, three 120 mm P12 PRO fans, a PWM pump and a small PWM fan over the voltage regulators. It is listed at £67.49, holds a 4.3 average from 2,380 ratings, and carries a six-year warranty.
Its listing is the odd one out in a quieter way. Where other 360 mm coolers here quote one noise figure in the bullets and print a different one in the spec table, ARCTIC states no dBA number anywhere — there is nothing to disagree with. The power field gives 3.96 watts at 12 volts, a real current draw rather than a TDP dropped into the wrong box, and it sits inside the 1.8 W to 16 W band the other coolers in this guide occupy. The airflow field is a single 77 CFM alongside a 3000 RPM maximum, and nothing on the page says whether that airflow is one fan or all three. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing for this cooler, not from testing we carried out ourselves.
How those 2,380 ratings break down
