Its listing quotes a Maximum Weight Capacity of 2,000 g — middling in a guide where that figure runs from 130 g to 55 kg — while the bullet copy on the same page states the N55 magnets deliver 35N of force. The page never explains how 35N and 2,000 g relate, or which of the two is meant to describe the weight of phone the vent clip can actually carry. Both numbers are the seller's, and neither is converted into the other.

No. The listing says it is exclusive for MagSafe iPhones, naming the 12 series through the 17 series, and for MagSafe cases. It says no metal plate is needed because the phone goes straight onto the mount.
The listing gives a 2,000 g maximum weight capacity. What does that describe?
The same listing's bullet copy says the N55 magnets deliver a 35N magnetic force, and it never says how that relates to the 2,000 g figure. Two numbers for the same hold, on the same page, with no conversion between them.
