I followed the instructions to soften the ear wax for five days using warm olive oil, then when I used the ear cleaner the ear wax came out, It did require filling the tank a few times to get all the wax out. Before and after I used a endoscope camera to check the ear wax, and it did successfully remove all of the wax. I think the quality of the unit could have been slightly better, but for the price paid and the frequency of use it is acceptable, noting that it cost £40 and one ear wax removal at a specialist is £70 or above.”
