Price and rating as shown on Amazon when we collected them. Both change.
The Roland TD-07DMK is a compact V-Drums kit: double-ply mesh heads across the snare and tom pads, a TD-07 module with 25 preset kits, 25 user kits and 143 instruments, onboard Bluetooth audio and MIDI, USB for recording software, and 40 free Melodics lessons thrown in. It takes fifth place in this round-up at £599.
The numbers attached to it are smaller than its reputation suggests: 4.4 out of 5 from 86 ratings, 14,477th in Musical Instruments & DJ and 61st in Electronic Drums. The £345 Alesis Nitro Max, first in this guide, quotes 2,709 ratings and 1st in that same Electronic Drums category, so the Roland costs £254 more and shows a fraction of the review volume. Two fields on the listing also read oddly against its own description: the finish is given as "Polished" on a kit whose material is listed as mesh, and the star breakdown runs 78 / 10 / 10 / 2, which totals 100 against the 86 ratings quoted above it — the page does not say whether those figures are counts or percentages. Everything here is taken from the Amazon listing; we have not played this kit.

An average hides its own shape. This is the spread behind the 4.4 stars.
