The listing's headline bullet promises "All System Diagnostics", naming engine, ABS, SAS, ESP, EPS, TPMS and transmission, plus oil service, throttle position adaption and brake pad reset. The same bullet then limits it: "Only available for Volkswagen (VAG) vehicles diagnosis". The big capability is conditional, and the advert says so in the same breath.
A separate bullet spells out what is left on a non-Volkswagen car: read and clear fault codes, show fault code definitions, turn off the MIL and retrieve VIN information — no full system scan. Elsewhere the spec table is less tidy. It lists Power Source as Battery Powered, while a reviewer reports the tool needed no batteries and runs off the car once plugged in.
