The XTOOL AD20 Pro is a Bluetooth OBD2 dongle that plugs into the car's diagnostic port and pairs with a phone app. At £39.99 it is the cheapest Bluetooth reader in this guide, under the £55.92 TOPDON TopScan Lite and well under the £80 KINGBOLEN EDIAG Elite, and it is the only one of the three whose listing claims full-system diagnostics by name: engine, transmission and ABS.
The numbers around it are less tidy. It carries 115 ratings at 4.5, against 64,319 for the ANCEL AD310 and 50,531 for the MOTOPOWER MP69033, and both of those openly state they do not cover ABS, airbag, SRS or EPB. The listing's own figures also disagree with each other: the review histogram totals 100 across its five bars rather than 115, while the product title promises a "Free Update" and the specification field "Guaranteed software updates until" reads "unknown".
