Price and rating as shown on Amazon when we collected them. Both change.
The Fikwot FP80 targets the same fast tier as the Samsung T9 with a different compromise: 2050 megabytes per second over USB 3.2 Gen2x2 in an alloy shell, with 1TB of capacity, hardware encryption and shock resistance named among its features, and compatibility listed across cameras, desktops, laptops, smartphones and tablets.
The listing also gives a media speed range of 1600 to 1800MB/s, which is the more honest figure for sustained work than the peak read number. Evidence is thinner here: it is one of the lower rated drives on this list at 3.9 stars. It carried 549 ratings at the time of collection. Everything here comes from the Amazon listing rather than our own testing.
How those 549 ratings break down
An average hides its own shape. This is the spread behind the 3.9 stars.
