This is the slower SanDisk in the ranking, and the listing is honest about both the speed and the generation: up to 800 megabytes per second read over USB 3.2 Gen 2 with USB-C, 1TB of capacity and a 2.5 inch portable body, described in the title as an older model.
That older-model label is worth reading as a warning as much as a description, because 800MB/s is well below the 1050MB/s drives around it at similar money. The upside of a mature model is a settled design and price. At the time of collection it carried 7,530 ratings at 4.5 stars. Everything here comes from the Amazon listing rather than our own testing.
