The MSI GeForce RTX 5070 12G GAMING TRIO OC sits third in this guide and in the middle of the money: £729.98, against a low of £698.99 and a high of £793.53 across the eight cards. Underneath it is the same arrangement as the rest of them — 12 GB of GDDR7 on a 192-bit bus at 28 Gbps, PCIe 5.0, DLSS 4 — so the £30.99 you pay over the cheapest card buys an MSI factory overclock (2610 MHz core) and the TRI FROZR 4 cooler with three STORMFORCE fans, not more memory.

Its own listing contradicts itself in one place worth knowing about: the specification table puts "7" against number of fans, while the product bullets describe three STORMFORCE fans of seven claw-textured blades each — the field is counting blades, not fans. On the points that trip up the most expensive card in the guide, this one is tidier: it quotes 4K UHD and 3840x2160, and those two agree, and it lists a memory clock of 2557 MHz rather than repeating its 2610 MHz core clock. Everything on this page is taken from the Amazon listing and its customer reviews, not from any testing we have carried out.

“Such an amazing looking card very quiet i barely heard it while testing it temps didnt go above 50 much i dont really play graphically intensive games. Its easy to install. Value for money is questionable if u can get a cheaper 5070 the performance difference between this and that would be minimal 5% in best cases so id say if u can save urself 100 quid getting a cheaper version go for it. Im pairing it with a r7 9800x3d and it functions very well in cs2 i got about 450 fps on average on 2k i switched my resolution to 1080p i ws getting fps in the high 500. Would really recommend if u can find it hovering around msrp. The price literally went up by £50 a day after i purchased it bcs their is some other 5070s our there that are about £100 cheaper”

“Very nice looking card, No damage to the box at all. Pretty massive Card so make sure you've got a big case. Upgrading from a GTX1080 so upgrade was due. Playing Battlefield 6, Ryzen 5 5600x, 16 GB RAM, 750W, with this graphics card. Ultra settings on 1440p 180FPS. Very quiet as well and for the money its a fantastic investment. Time to retire the GTX1080”
