The Hisense 85Q8STUK is an 85-inch MiniLED 4K set with a built-in subwoofer, Hi-QLED colour and the Hi-View AI Engine, listed at £1,999.00. It sits at number 8 in this guide. Its listing carries a 5.0 rating from 5 ratings, and the histogram shows all five marks at five stars — a clean score, but from a very small number of ratings.
It earns its place here because of the refresh rate. This listing prints 144 Hz in the 'Refresh Rate' field and 144 in 'Display Refresh Rate in Hertz', so the two figures agree rather than splitting into a panel rate and a motion rate. The check that catches three other televisions in this guide does not catch this one. One number that does need a second look is the screen size: a reviewer below describes 'a 50 inch MiniLED 4K TV', against a listed screen size of 85 inches. The listed dimensions of 37D x 189.1W x 115H cm are consistent with an 85-inch set. Every figure on this page comes from the Amazon listing, not from testing we carried out.
How those 5 ratings break down
