The notable thing on this listing is what it does not claim. There is no output wattage anywhere on it, only the phrase "powerful built in speaker". The two hard numbers it does give are 2,200 mAh and up to 12 hours of playback — the same pair the Mycket quotes. Apply the arithmetic the guide uses on the Mycket: 2,200 mAh at roughly 3.7 V is about 8.1 Wh, and spread over 12 hours that is an average of about 0.68 W. On that basis this radio belongs in the same order of magnitude as a 5 W figure, not a 30 W one, and it has no inflated number to be caught out by — it simply has no number at all.
