The Samsung 65-inch S90F is the third entry in this guide to the best OLED TVs. It is an OLED set with a 4K panel, the NQ4 AI Gen3 processor and four HDMI ports, and the guide lists it at £1,199.00. The number that matters here is not the price on its own. The guide records the same 65-inch Samsung OLED twice, both times at 144.4 x 83.2 x 4 cm and 21.2 kg, once at £1,199.00 and once at £1,499.99. This is the cheaper of those two entries, and it also comes in below Samsung's smaller 55-inch S95F, which the guide prices at £1,369.

The listing then disagrees with itself on refresh rate. Two spec fields — Refresh Rate and Display Refresh Rate in Hertz — give 120, while the product name and the motion bullet both say Motion Xcelerator 144Hz. At 4.2 out of 5 from 109 ratings the score looks solid, but 14 of those 109 ratings are one-star. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing and the customer reviews attached to it; we have not tested the television ourselves.

What buyers actually say

Quoted from customer reviews on Amazon

Verified purchase

“I purchased this item at a fantastic price to replace my old Samsung following failure at 10 years. The picture quality is exceptional as is the design. The operating system takes a little getting used to over the old one but is very comprehensive. The solar remote is fantastic and as all the short cut buttons on that you require. Overall very happy with the product and would strongly recommend.”

“I've been incredibly impressed with the Samsung S90F. I originally bought one for my gaming room and was so impressed with it that I ended up buying a second one for my living room. In fact, I'm even considering buying a third for my bedroom. The picture quality is absolutely stunning. The OLED panel produces deep blacks, vibrant colours and fantastic HDR performance. Gaming is where this TV really shines too, the 144 Hz panel and gaming features make it an excellent match for my PlayStation 5 Pro and gaming PC. The interface is fast and responsive thanks to the newer processor, which was one of the reasons I chose the S90F over some of Samsung's cheaper OLED models. The only slight issue I had was with my second TV. The security seal/sticker on the box had been broken when it arrived, which initially worried me. Fortunately, after inspecting everything, the TV itself was in perfect condition, all the protective films were still in place, and it has worked flawlessly ever since. It may simply have been opened for inspection or quality control, but it's worth mentioning. Overall, I'm extremely happy with my purchase. Buying one was an easy recommendation, buying a second confirmed it wasn't a fluke, and the fact I'm genuinely thinking about buying a third probably says everything you need to know.Highly recommended!”
