The MSI GeForce RTX 5080 16G Gaming Trio OC White is the tenth and last card in this guide, at £1,669.99. It is a factory-overclocked, 2.5-slot card with 16 GB of GDDR7 on a 256-bit interface, three DisplayPort 2.1b outputs, one HDMI 2.1b and an 850W recommended PSU — the same memory, bus width and power recommendation every other RTX 5080 in this guide reports. It costs £380.00 more than the cheapest card here (£1,289.99) and £94.75 less than the dearest (£1,764.74), and the guide's £474.75 spread between those two ends buys cooling, clocks and noise rather than capacity.

The finding on this listing is the memory clock. The spec table prints 30 MHz. The card's own title and first bullet describe a 30 Gbps GDDR7 part, and 30 MHz is not a memory clock an RTX 5080 runs at — it reads as the 30 Gbps figure with the wrong unit, which is the same mislabelling three MSI cards in this guide share. The same spec table gives the card's weight as 150.0 gram, while a bullet in that same listing says 1362 grams. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing for this card, not from any test of our own.

What buyers actually say

“While the 5080 is at a bad price point generally with respect to cost to performance this particular card is really good as far as 5080 cards go. If you are looking for the best performance you can get but aren't in the 1% who might be able to afford a 5090 than your left with a 5080. Additionally, if like me you are hoping for a white aesthetic build and a card that isn't huge than I found that this MSI card has been an exellent option for me. Performance is solid and I can see that there is a definitely 10-12% performance on the table for those who want to overclock their cards. I run the card with the 12v connector through a Lian Li strimmer and so far no problems. I tend not to put heavy load through the card for more than an hour at a time and have had smooth gameplay the whole time in Triple AAA titles, although I am frustrated that 4K performance can be hit and miss even at this price point.. but honestly the PS5 feels like Slow Motion Crayola with the same titles after this. Compared to the 9070 XT from Radeon you deffinitely get an improved experience. Is it £400-500 better experience... not sure.”

“Technology itself is amazing, but I had no idea that I was buying a USED card for this price as Amazon offered it as an alternative to one that was not available soon.”
