Verified purchase“I wouldn't normally write a review on a product I returned, but I have to call out greatness when I experience it. I am just writing this to let anyone know what a great product this RTX 5080 Solid Core OC is. I had purchased it for my PC in July, but sadly had to return it due to the specific frequency of coil whine it had that just drove my ears bonkers. That is not a critique however, as it was half as quiet as any other card I tested - but just the frequency it emitted that I couldn't handle. I ended up with a "higher end" gigabyte aorus master card, which is louder but has a lower pitched coil whine that I am able to better handle. My main pc is right on my desk close to me, so I sadly didn't have a choice. The only critique I do have, is it would be nice to be able to change the RGB brightness in the firestorm software - but it remained greyed out for some reason.All that being said, this card is EXTREMELY well built, aesthetically beautiful, solid, dense, and I must admit is probably my favorite designed GPU I have ever owned (I have owned a LOT). I find it to be far better built that this "higher end" card I ended up with. I am embarrassed to admit that I sometimes found myself just holding and inspecting it just because I love the build so much! Frankly, I was tempted to build a whole other PC for another room, just so I could keep it where it wouldn't be so close to me. Sadly, I couldn't justify the cost at this time with the insane pricing right now on most PC components.Performance was excellent - as to be expected with these rtx 5080 cards.If I get a chance to built another PC in the short term, I can almost certainly say that I will build it around this card.Zotac, thank you and your team for the work you put into this series of GPUs, and I hope to be a customer again ASAP!!Thanks!”
