The WERCHTAY 300W Monocrystalline Solar Panel is a single 300W panel rather than a kit, priced at £123.49 in our guide of ten. It sits at number 9, and it carries the cheapest cost per watt of the ten: about 41p per watt, against 98p for the most expensive panel in the guide.
On this listing the title and the specification field agree with each other — both say 300 Watts — and the numbers back that up: 15.88 Amps at 18.9 Volts works out at roughly 300W. That is not true of every panel in this guide, where a 200W kit has shown 'Maximum Power: 100 Watts' and a 390W kit has shown 340W. What does not line up here is the headline power and the panel's own efficiency. The listing claims 25% efficiency and gives the panel as 1354 x 767 mm, which is just over one square metre.
