Rank #5 in Best Studio Headphones 2026: 10 Ranked, 32 Ohm to 250 Ohm
OneOdio Pro-002 Over-Ear Studio Headphones
Price and rating as shown on Amazon when we collected them. Both change.
The OneOdio Pro-002 is a wired over-ear studio headphone selling for £34.99, placed fifth in this guide. The listing gives it 32 ohm impedance — the joint lowest figure in the category, level with the MAONO MH700, M-Audio HDH40 and Vic Firth SIH3 — plus 110 dB sensitivity and 50 mm drivers. Its 21,189 ratings at 4.4 sit close to the Sony MDR-7506's 27,549 at 4.7, and a long way above the Shure SRH840A's 242 at 4.4 for £133, which is why it ranks here rather than further down.
The spec block is not clean. 'Control Method' reads 'Touch' on a headphone the same listing describes as wired, with a detachable 3.5 mm and 6.35 mm plug and a 9.8 ft coiled cord — no touch control appears anywhere in the bullets. The Box Contents field names a '6.35mm plug to 3.55mmp plug Cable'; there is no such size as 3.55 mm, and the description says 3.5 mm. Ear placement and form factor do at least agree here, both reading 'Over Ear'. Everything on this page is taken from the Amazon listing, not from our own testing.

What buyers actually say
Quoted from customer reviews on Amazon
Verified purchase“Had these for 6 months now. I use them excessively (around 10 hours a day most days).TLDR; Overall REALLY good for a cheap-ish budget pair of headphones, specifically for gaming or listening to music, comfortable and easy to clean, doesn't flake, just be wary of some of the plastic on the adjustment bars and hopefully it wont squish your ears too much.It squashed my ears at first, ear cups are fully circular and the cavity inside the cups is rather small so it tends to rest on your ears rather than around them. Ear cups themselves are actually great quality, very easily cleaned with just an anti-bac wipe or similar, and as of yet have not flaked like most cheap headsets/headphones do. The swivel they come on is a little janky, but definitely has it's uses such as keep the headset small profile for travel, and adjusting for all kinds of head shapes. They also block out external sounds, a lot. Your real life spatial awareness may falter while using these. The adjustable bars on the sides for head size are metal and plastic, obviously the metal will last, but the plastic will snap and break over time/if not taken care of as mine have, the plastic houses the wire that connects both speakers, though don't actually seem to affect the stability of the item all that much if broken. The cushioned pad at the top of the headset is, like the ear pads, quite comfortable, easy to clean, and hasn't flaked. The 50mm jack that plugs into the headset is GOOD, extremely sturdy, though the cable itself leaves a little to be desired in terms of build quality, it is very flexible and I have not had an issue with it as of yet.The sound quality is great for gaming or listening to music, Bass and Hi's are definitely more exaggerated than on a pair of headphones that would be used for something like studio mixing or mastering music.”
Verified purchase“For their price range l am happy with these headphones. I have wasted money in the past with other sets in which one of the headphones quickly breaks down leaving me with no stereo effect. This pair have, so far, stayed the course and are still providing good stereo. Recommended.”

Questions people ask
Does the OneOdio Pro-002 need a headphone amplifier?
The listing gives an impedance of 32 ohm and a sensitivity of 110 dB, but it never states whether an external amp is needed. In this guide, only the beyerdynamic DT 770 PRO X at 48 ohm says outright that it does not.
What is in the box?
The Box Contents field lists a '6.35mm plug to 3.55mmp plug Cable'. There is no 3.55 mm plug size, and the description instead says a standard 6.35 mm plug and a 3.5 mm plug are both included and fully detachable.
Is it wireless?
No. The listing describes a wired DJ-style coiled cord that stretches to 9.8 ft, with detachable 3.5 mm and 6.35 mm plugs. Note that the Control Method field still reads 'Touch', which does not match a wired headphone with no touch controls anywhere in the description.
Which devices will it work with?
OneOdio's own bullet says it works with all devices that have a 3.5 mm or 6.35 mm audio jack, and it describes running the coiled cord from a TV or stereo to your chair.
Does the OneOdio Pro-002 have a microphone?
The product title mentions a mic, but no microphone appears in any of the specification fields, and the bullets do not describe one. Treat that part of the title as unconfirmed by the listing.
How is it rated?
4.4 out of 5 from 21,189 ratings. Of those, 69 per cent are five-star and 3 ratings are one-star, according to the listing's own breakdown.
