DJI Mic Mini (2 TX + 1 RX)

The DJI Mic Mini 2 TX + 1 RX takes second place in our guide to wireless lavalier microphones. At £52.00 it is not the cheapest kit on the list, but the box contents are the point: two transmitters (listed as Infinity Black), one receiver, two transmitter charging docks, two clip magnets, two windscreens, a 3.5mm TRS camera cable, a Type-C phone adapter, a splitter charging cable, a USB-C charging cable and a compact carrying pouch. The DJI Mic 3 transmitter covered in the same guide costs £58.42, and its listed contents are one transmitter, one magnet, one clip, a charging cable and two windscreens — no receiver at all, for £6.42 more.

The listing's own numbers do not fully agree with each other. One bullet says the transmitter weighs 10 g; the specification table gives an item weight of 38 g. The battery field reads "1 C battery required. (included)", while the box contents list USB-C and splitter charging cables. The channel count is listed as 1, yet two transmitters ship in the box. Operating time is given as a maximum of 10 hours for a transmitter and a receiver "respectively", and the maximum transmission range as 400 m. The listing carries 4.5 out of 5 from 1,948 ratings. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing itself — we have not tested this microphone.
