Price and rating as shown on Amazon when we collected them. Both change.
The Samsung U7020H 55-inch Crystal UHD 4K is the #9 pick in this guide, at £349.00. It is a 55-inch 4K LED set with an Edge LED backlight, a matte screen finish, HDR10+ and Motion Xcelerator, rated 4.0 out of 5 from 122 Amazon ratings.
Two things stand out in the listing. First, the refresh rate is stated twice and agrees both times — 'Refresh Rate: 60' and 'Display Refresh Rate in Hertz: 60' — so there is no reading of this page that gets you 120Hz, even though the £288.98 HYE QLED in this guide lists 60 and 120 for the very same two fields. Second, the 4.0 average hides a split: 16 of the 122 ratings are one star and 63 are five star, so buyers are not mildly pleased or mildly disappointed — they are at the ends. On audio, the bullet points promise 'virtual 3D sound' while the spec sheet says 20W through 2 channels with OTS Lite. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing; we have not tested this TV ourselves.
How those 122 ratings break down
An average hides its own shape. This is the spread behind the 4.0 stars.
