So when we were discharged home I needed something in place after seeing him in such a vulnerable state. I didn't have anything like this with my other two children. This Mat is the same one used in the hospital we attended. I bought this mat for a happy medium so I could relax at night but also not be staring at numbers constantly if I were to get an owlet. The mat alarmed one night at 3am and we were able to pick our baby up and stimulate his breathing but I dread to think what the outcome would have been if the mat was not in place! Never had any false alarms. Could not recommend more I would say this is a newborn essential product if you have a premature baby or not. Well worth the money for this lifesaving mat!”
