“So I just received and installed the unit after sending back what would seem to be a faulty 3000w renogy inverter. So I thought I'd give this one a go. At £40-60 cheaper I was skeptical it would work well but im pleased to say it has worked great so far on day one its managing to power 10a 2200w device using a life po4 300ah battery and solar input. The battery seems to struggle a bit at this level of draw but the unit deals with it very well and keeps supplying a steady supply. It all seems most happy running at 1900w on my 12v setup. The fans are not too noisy, the main noise is the rush of air from the powerful fans that kick in under high loads. I haven't tested lower loads yet as ive just installed it. The remote control is very good with all the relivent information on the built in display it even has a backlight on and off switch. Another good feature is you can select when the unit shuts down at low battery level. For my life p04 its 11v there are other shutdown options (see instructions) depending what type of battery is in use. I have set mine using selctor switches on the front of the unit. So if you are looking for an affordable unit with capable of medium to higher loads then I think this one is worth a shot. Its beating the renogy for me, but I think that was a faulty one to be fair. This one was cheaper tho and has more useful features! It even has USB charging ports x1 USB x1 type c to charge your devices.Point to note the stock cables look ok but ive upgraded them to 0/1 Awg Thick heavy duty ones the stock cables are not bad that come with it but ive not tested them as I already upgraded the cables beforehand. The connectors have a cool cover that screws down on top of the input terminals which i thought was a good and safer design to prevent them accidentally coming off.
