“it is incredible such a good product is so relatively cheap compared to other similar systems on the market. this system itself is amazing, easy to install and set up, image quality is excellent in all conditions. has a 2tb HDD, which is plenty of storage. also comes with 4 cameras that can pan and tilt (not zoom though), each with 18m of cable, a template for drilling holes and the plugs and screws. I also bought an extra 2 cameras - the description on Amazon doesn't make it clear but the additional cameras do not come with any cable so you need to buy that separately.The app is also easy to use and works well, I have it constantly running on a tablet in my office, never crashes or has any delays after weeks of continuous use.I was also pleasantly surprised with how good the ieGeek customer service was. I had a problem with the NVR making a lot of noise, they were immediately responsive to all my messages, and very quickly arranged and sent out a replacement for me, which works perfectly. They even then checked in with me that everything was ok after that. Cannot recommend this product and brand highly enough.”

“I'd owned a much lower spec camera by this brand for several years and chose to replace it with the 8mp kit here because of the reliability and picture quality of that old camera. I'm glad I did!I've been impressed with the system for the price paid. It was very easy to set up and install but does need a monitor screen to be plugged into the NVR -I had an old computer monitor to hand. The cables supplied were white and of a good length. It would have been nice to have a black cable option but it wasn't a major issue.A template was supplied to assist drilling holes in the right place which made it easy to mount the cameras.I would recommend testing all the cameras before installing them just in case there was any gremlins in the network cable or cameras.The cameras have stood up to the very wet and cold conditions this winter. The pictures are very clear and the App works well. The supplied NVR hard drive is sufficient for our needs (we have 30 days of continuous monitoring) but you can install a larger storage device if you want to keep recordings for longer. Downloading footage was fairly straightforward once I'd formatted the receiving drive correctly. I like the option to select (or not) the built in light at night if motion is detected resulting in a full colour image.There are plenty of options to personalise each camera. The intelligent motion detection actually works-I have it set to detect people and vehicles and this allows me to quickly skip to key alarm triggers in the phone app. I only use tracking with one camera mainly because the field of view is sufficient with the others. Please note that there is no zoom feature on these cameras but using the highest resolution mode you can enlarge the footage when reviewing later.The NVR has 8 channels so there is an option to add more if you need them. I haven't seen cameras for sale separately and I don't know if you could use any different ones to those supplied.I've been running these since September 2025 and recently had a problem with 2 cameras. The support team were very responsive and helpful. They immediately replaced the 2 units that arrived quickly without fuss and work fine.The problems being a failed infrared unit (the camera worked fine in ambient light) and a sticking pan-tilt motor (again the camera was still recordingOverall, I'm very pleased with the product and exceptional customer service provided.”
