One hundred and thirty-five bar multiplied by 450 litres per hour, divided by 36, is 1,688 watts of hydraulic power from a 1,900 watt motor. That is 89 percent efficiency, close to the physical ceiling for a pump, which means Bosch is quoting figures the machine can produce at the same time rather than two unrelated maximums. At £108 it is also cheaper than the smaller EasyAquatak 120.
For a car in particular, the 7 metre hose is as important as the watts, because it covers most vehicles from two positions instead of four. One figure does wobble, though: the Amazon specification field says 450 l/h while Bosch's own technical block on the same page says 410 l/h, which would drop the sum to 1,538 watts and 81 percent. Both readings are plausible, so we flag it rather than pick one. Everything on this page comes from the Amazon listing rather than our own testing.

Yes, and it is our first choice for the job. The 7 metre hose reaches around most cars from two positions, the 3-in-1 nozzle twists to a wide fan for paintwork without swapping parts, and 135 bar is enough for road film and brake dust without being the 180 bar that risks lifting lacquer.
How much cleaning power does it really have?
1,688 hydraulic watts, worked out as 135 bar times 450 litres per hour divided by 36. That is 89 percent of its 1,900 watt motor, which is the honest range for a real pump.
Why do two flow rates appear on the listing?
The Amazon specification field says 450 litres per hour and Bosch own technical block on the same page says 410. At 410 the machine produces 1,538 hydraulic watts instead of 1,688, or 81 percent of the motor. Both figures are believable, so treat the lower one as your worst case.
Does it come with a snow foam lance?
No. It ships with a detergent nozzle and a 450 ml bottle, which applies detergent but does not produce thick snow foam. Owners who wash cars regularly tend to add a separate foam lance, and several say the pressure is consistent enough to produce good foam with one.
Is it self priming from a water butt?
The pump is self priming, but the suction kit is not included and has to be bought separately. With it, the machine can draw from a container, a butt or a tank instead of the mains.
How long is the warranty?
One year as standard, extended to three years if you register the tool on the Bosch website within 28 days of purchase, according to an owner who did exactly that.
